It is not easy to describe interviewing process in general – as it depends a lot on the type of position, number of candidates involved, company culture…

There may be one or more rounds of interviews. You may experience passing tests to verify your knowledge, such as language skills, computer literacy… It is quite often that you will be asked to provide contacts for the reference check.

Take the interview as an opportunity to get to know your potential employer, team leader and working environment, find details about the position, responsibilities, daily tasks, size of the team, possible growth inside the company…

Show your interest and knowledge regarding the company and the job itself. Prepare yourself for questions regarding your previous employment history and think of arguments which persuade the recruiter that you are a good match for the position.
